PUBG Creator Confirms Not any Single-Player, Wants PC/Xbox One Cross-P

Within a Reddit AMA before this year, PUBG builder Brendan Greene OTHERWISE KNOWN AS Playerunknown said he or she wanted to explore the concept of a single-player advertising campaign for the uber-popular online game. This led to plenty of headlines. But now, Greene wants players to find out that if a single-player campaign does ever before happen, it don't be for a quite a while.

This came way up again at PAX Aus today while Greene said the world of PUBG has lore behind it. Greene told GameSpot which he did write many backstory for PUBG's island, but it has been only to give the performers a reference point to produce a more believable, legitimate environment. It's interesting to think about what this specific lore might be, and also a single-player campaign would appear to be a cool solution to explore this. Yet it's not happening... but.

"Because of the lore of the island, there is an idea that I got for what I thought will be a pretty cool single-player [mode], micron he said. "And even co-op single-player campaign. We have simply no resources. We have almost no time. We have no strategies to add anything similar to this to the game. Virtually no, no single-player is rushing in to Battlegrounds. in

It may not be in this way forever, though, since Greene said however like to explore PUBG's lore "maybe quite a few day, " even though it remains to be noticed if that would be by way of a campaign or something different.
